  1. That's a very short news bulletin.
Any other changes than the fix went in?

    1. No other changes. Just rearrange the commits and replace the previous version.

    1. I've been using BFQ v8 for almost a week now, since Paolo published a show-stopper fix patch. And since then everything works well.
How should I fetch the new patch if Paolo doesn't announce it or publish it as a release?

      But, thanks for the news.

    2. Sorry, don't mind... He, Paolo, misspelled the topic on google groups. I've found the v8r1 patches in the download section.

      Thank you,

  3. The regression seems still there:

    real 18m8.704s
    user 90m3.889s
    sys 2m54.357s

    for this kernel build,

afaik it also took around the same time with Con's 472 (or a little less),

    usually it's around 8 minutes

the build is not reniced (genkernel) so not sure if that is supposed to take that long,

considering how long libreoffice, chromium and firefox usually take to compile

    this is concerning ...

will take a look at 3D smoothness later (GRID Autosport)

    Thanks !

    1. GRID Autosport benchmark went flawless,

      average FPS 62

      no microstutters, stuttering or lags,

could also be in part of the graphics driver,

but the scheduler tends to play a big part in stuttering and vrq1 seems to be great in that regard

      Thanks !
